Five keynote topics. Limitless potential.

Would you like to have more meaning in your life, be more excited by what you do everyday, and make a positive difference in the world? Who wouldn’t!

These are all things that can be achieved by anyone. And it shouldn’t actually take long to make these things happen. All it takes is a little guidance off the beaten track, a dose of inspiration, and leaning into that scary “C” word… CREATIVITY!

Topic #1 - for businesses looking to stand out
Join Right-brain Workout co-founder Alex Wadelton as he helps the audience to unlock the inner creative genius laying inside almost every single one of us.

Through a history of creativity, evidence based research, and a series of practical right-brain tips, this is a fun-filled masterclass in doing things differently, standing out, and making a real difference in the world.  You won’t just be inspired, you’ll be instigated to get out there and make great things happen, for yourself, your company, and your world.

There are three levels to choose from, for audiences big and small.

Level 1:
The Full Workout.

For groups of 6 to 12 people.

The Full Workout happens in three phases, beginning with a “pre-workout”. This is a short questionnaire that gauges what you are looking to get out of the workshop, as well as exploring each attendee’s creative heroes, and potential opportunities that could be unlocked for your organisation with a little more creativity.

Next, the group undertakes the workshop itself. A focussed, two-hour-long session, where group discussions around each attendee’s “pre-workout” responses set the scene to create a safe space for creative collaboration, and exploration of techniques to get more creative.

Finally, the “post-workout” phase to continue the creative journey. Each organisation that participates gets a beautifully designed e-book of everything discussed in the session and a physical copy of one of The Right-brain Workout books to encourage ongoing creative thinking.

Level 2:
The Kickstarter.

For 10 people to 1000. Or more!

Sometimes you just want a piece of inspiration to get the creative juices flowing, and to learn how creativity has a track record of changing the world for the better. If so, The Kickstarter is for you.

Here, Alex gives a keynote address developed by Right-brain Workout co-founders Russel Howcroft and Alex Wadelton that proves how important creativity is for business, for schools, for NFPs, for sporting organisations, for children, and for all humanity.

At the conclusion of the keynote, Alex then leads a panel discussion featuring pre-selected attendees around the power and importance of creativity, as well as having a lot of fun with some creative exercises sure to leave every one in attendance smiling and motivated to be more creative every day.

Level 3:
The Motivator.

For large scale events.

A keynote address written by Right-brain Workout co-founders Russel Howcroft and Alex Wadelton that will inspire all who attend to get back in touch with their inner creative genius.

Perfect for larger groups who want to be inspired, and encourage each member of their organisation to understand the power of creativity.

Topic #2- for schools looking to inspire students

How will we solve the problems the world is facing? The answer is simple- with creativity.

Creativity has brought forth every great invention, every great business, and every great breakthrough in the history of humankind. Join Alex as he shows how any student can enhance, ignite, and harness their inner creativity to change the world.

Topic #3 - for organisations searching for meaning

When you start following the advice of advertising you start to “Think different” (Apple). When you “Just do it” (Nike) you can achieve incredible things. Because when you believe in “The Power of Dreams” (Honda), you reframe everything. When you put this newfound power into action, you soon realise that “Impossible is Nothing” (Adidas). Before too long, you’ll be thinking “I’m lovin’ it!” (McDonald’s). “Because You’re Worth It” (L’Oreal).

Join Alex as he distills twenty years of advertising into a lifetime supply of joy. Hurry, stocks won’t last!

Topic #4 - for groups who want to change the world

There are thousands upon thousands of Charities, Not-For-Profits, for-good movements, and governmental departments in Australia, all vying for the attention of the same, tired eyeballs.

Learn the secrets to help any organisation grab the attention of the public through emotional storytelling, how the people who work for your company can ignite their own inner creative genius with a series of helpful creative tips, and why making a difference in the world is the path to a truly fulfilling life.

Topic #5 - For groups looking for more calm
Aren’t we all looking for a little more peace in this busy world we inhabit?

Join Alex as he merges the learnings of his twenty-plus year creative career with the teachings of the inspirational Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh’s active mindfulness philosophy to encourage a sense of calm, a wonder for the simple, and appreciation of the magic of life in this session perfect for the open-hearted and the open-minded.

KIND WORDS FROM LOVELY PEOPLE

“The Right-Brain Workshop was a game changer for the BWS Leadership team. Alex shared his inspirational personal journey and provided us with the headspace and creative platform to accelerate our vision and thinking for the Unboring Bottle Shop.

We laughed, appreciated each other's creative capability and most of all, had heaps of fun!! I would recommend the Right-Brain Workshop for any organisation that wants to get the most out of great people and teams.”

— Scott Davidson

“Alex was our feature keynote speaker for a staff conference on the topic of Creativity and he completely nailed the brief.

He was engaging and thought-provoking, and even though he does not come from an education background, he took the time to tailor this presentation to our needs. He also ran a panel with staff, which was the highlight of the conference.

To witness Alex drawing out the most insightful and interesting thoughts on creativity from a broad cross-section of our staff was really appreciated by all.”

— Kate Meraikis
